Chrysanthemums

A spray chrysanthemum carries several small blooms on one stem. A large-flowered variety has one dominant bloom. This distinction makes it easier to choose between several small flowers and one dominant flower. For longer freshness after receiving them, trim the stems and place them in clean water.
